Pac-man

One of the first games used to hone a 90's kids skills, Pacman was a gloriously intuitive game. Simple yet complex, it set forth the goal of the player to collect every pellet on screen without getting caught by the various array of colored ghosts. You could let a three year old play this game, and even though he may not do all that well at it, he'd get the jest of it after a few tries. Not to mention, the arcade machines in local eateries and hang out spots were always fun and fair (you could beat the whole game on a single quarter) in comparison to those crooked shooting arcade games.
